Moira Rachelle Bustamante Dela Torre, born in Olongapo, Philippines, is a Filipino singer-songwriter and actress. She began her career as a voice artist for corporate jingles and theme songs. In 2013, she competed in The Voice of The Philippines and released her debut EP, Moira. She gained fame after interpreting Libertine Amistoso’s “Titibo-Tibo” in the Himig Handog music video competition. Her 2018 debut album, Malaya, won an eight-time platinum certification in 2020. Dela Torre is heavily influenced by Brooke Fraser and her music is described as soothing and emotional. She is known for her “heartfelt” and “angelic voice,” which has become her signature sound in her records.
